Delete your account

You can delete your Felt account and all data associated with it at any time. The fastest path is from inside the app; if you no longer have access to your device, email us.

From inside the app

  1. Open the Felt iOS app.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Your account, players, games, ledgers, league standings, and subscription link are removed. Deletion is permanent and is processed within 30 days.

Send a message to support@playfelt.com from the email address tied to your Apple ID. We'll confirm with you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

A few things to know

  • Deletion is permanent. We can't recover deleted data, even if you sign back in with the same Apple ID.
  • Deleting your Felt account does not cancel an active Felt Pro subscription. Cancel that separately in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or your next renewal will still charge.
  • If you don't delete your account, we keep your data for as long as the account remains active. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
